Ford put the SEMA concept online on Thursday and featured some of its latest and greatest in a webcast. With concepts based on the Bronco, Bronco Sport, the updated F-150 and the new Ranger Tremor, Ford managed to make the most of 2020’s unique environment with an interactive online debut. Let’s dive in.
Ford Auto Nights Bronco Badlands Sasquatch 2 Door Concept
This concept underscores the modular body of the new off-roader from Ford. This build is intended to show how easy it is to customize the Bronco, whether it changes its appearance and performance permanently, or gains a temporary advantage for a weekend of particularly intense off-roading between everyday phases . Most of the body panels in this concept were made in-house by Ford, with the exception of the 4WP (2 in.) Lifting kit and some of the accessories that came with it.
Ford Auto Nights F-150 Limited Hybrid SuperCrew
This build was done with the kind permission of Ford partner BDS Suspension. It underlines the versatility of the new F-150 Hybrid, which is shown here both as a foreman’s daily “office” and as a weekend getaway.
“The working side of this truck uses the Pro Power Onboard system to power a mobile metal factory that cuts, grinds, and grinds in remote locations thanks to a BDS 4” lift system with FOX coilovers that can accommodate 35 “tires Can weld, “says Ford.” This truck is easily converted for weekend recreational use and is ready for camping, horse riding, and extensive backcountry exploration, utilizing the hybrid’s range of over 700 miles. This 2021 F150 is for anything suitable for whatever is needed to work or play. “
Ford Auto Nights Ranger XLT Tremor SuperCrew
Even more than the other concepts in this series, this Ranger Tremor is a product of Ford Performance. While some of the bolt-on parts are sourced from outside partners, this should be an indication of what a customer could drive home without opening up a third-party accessories catalog.
“This bespoke adventure truck offers a selection of Ford accessories and Ford performance parts that complement the tremor’s incredible workability and enable adventure seekers to get to not only the most remote starting points, but a mountain bike, kayak, and all the needed Bring gear with you for a day on the trails and the lake, ”says Ford.
2021 MAD Bronco Sport Badlands
Based on Bronco Sport Badlands, this concept may look pretty good on the outside, but looks can be deceptive. This tasteful construction features the Monoblock Traverse MX wheels (17 “x 8”) from Fifteen52, a Ford Performance / Borla Cat Back exhaust and some other interior and exterior panels.
“To complement the extensive backcountry camping trips, MAD has partnered with BOREAS Campers,” says Ford. “The MXT camper is designed to be pioneered anywhere with the Bronco Sport. Get ready and hold up Yourself tight. “
